Jessica Simpson gets a cover story in the upcoming People dedicated to how in love the reinvented country star is at the moment. In fact, she’s so in love right now, she doesn’t journal in black notebooks anymore—she uses pink and white ones.

The interview was like any other chronicling her love life, because that's all this girl seems to be about. Divorcing Nick Lachey was sad times, dating John Mayer was weird and Tony Romo is currently perfect.

About this perfect man, she has this to declare: “I just told him today, ‘You’re the love of my life.’ ” Oof, last time she said that about someone, it ended one of MTV's greatest reality shows.

As our Gossip Girl countdown continues (seven days remaining!), we were more than giddy when Page Six Magazine featured Ed "Chuck Bass" Westwick this weekend. We have to run their names together because it's impossible to separate the real person from the character—they're both so pompous and charming at the same time.

Here's an example: Ed punctuates every sentence with "baby," which seems a little douchey, right? But then we remember it's Ed Westwick who would be saying it in an English accent and with that style of his that allows him to pull off Chuck Bass' ridiculous costumes so effortlessly. Then it just drives us crazy—in a good way. Yeah, we're crushing hard.

With all the ogling at Britney Spears' fabulous physique has come the seemingly requisite question whenever celebs lose weight: "Gee, how did they do it?"

Sure enough, the pop star reveals just that in the latest issue of OK! magazine, talking about how she's cut out sugar and that her meals consist of things like chicken, salmon, rice, avocados, egg whites and turkey burgers.

"I try to do just 1,200 calories a day," says Brit, who also happens to work out five days a week. "It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."

Valuable information indeed. Not that anybody out there is really going to use it, but valuable nonetheless.

Victoria Beckham has had it up to here with tabloids trying to get the skinny on her figure.

The glamorous Brit is reportedly gearing up to sue the U.K. magazine Now over an article that claimed she was "hooked on sex and diet pills," which has since mysteriously vanished from the rag's website (though search results confirm the story once existed).

"The accusation is dangerous, defamatory and blatantly untrue," Beckham's agent, Jo Milloy, said Monday, referring to the latter half of that statement.

"Victoria takes her position as a role model to young women very seriously and is horrified by this hurtful, fabricated story. It is now with her lawyers."

This is supposed to be an actual photograph of Kate Hudson and not some artist’s rendering of her as Red Sonja crossed with a Thundercat (thanks for that, Dlisted).

The former Lance Armstrong flame is featured in September’s W and does the usual interviewy stuff: She says her ex-husband, Chris Robinson, “will be in my life for the rest of my life,” she’s learned some “things are better left private,” and that she really loves her son. All pretty routine, so let’s get back to the real issue at hand.
